Terms & Conditions 
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases through the website Home Christmas Decorations.

Distance Selling regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Our company policy is to offer you 30 days from receipt of goods to return an item back to us. This excludes personalised items, due to the nature of the product.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch (except for in the case of personalised items, due to the nature of the product). If your order has been dispatched but not been collected by our courier we will  try our best to cancel your order but unfortunately if your order is too late to be cancelled you will have to return the order at your own cost.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are in stock but if for unforseen circumstance we are unable to fulfill your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Payment can be made using options shown at checkout, through Paypal's and Stripes secure gateway. Payment is subject to the gateway terms and conditions. Please note you can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to Home Christmas Decorations as your details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal or Sagepay.
